USER AGREEMENT

FiMaMi offers users a payment system which is integrated with a third-party payment provider. Our third-party payment provider is İyzi Ödeme ve Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. We advise that you visit and consider their terms of service and privacy policy here

Our payment system works as a pay-as-you-go system; whereby you can add at your discretion the desired amount of credit to your account. Your credit card details will be asked when you quote to any request except private ones and Credit card number, card expiry date and CVV will not be asked each time when you need to load payment to your account.

FiMaMi understands the importance of seamless transactions for you and that is why we built pas-as-you-go system for you. If you not quote to any requests, FiMaMi will not charge you while your account is active.You can check prices of each quote when your connect to www.fimami.com or sign in with FiMaMi App.

Prices for Quotes can differ according to the sources of requests and each user is available to see the price of any quote before loading payment to the account. Users can change the currency of the account through “My Account” settings and FiMaMi is not responsible cause of any transactions between the User and Credit Card supplier due to currency transaction commisions.

All users of FiMaMi have right to close the account. FiMaMi advices users to use the balance of the account and we are not responsible cause of closed surplus balanced accounts. You can contact to support@fimami.com for any request, help or suggestions. Please be aware that, Users can not request any payment back after loading to its balance or quote to any request through FiMaMi App or website.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment method(s) represented by any such payment Information. The amounts due and payable by you for balance loading will be presented to you before you select the payment loading amount. All payments made are non- transferable except as expressly provided in this Policy.

If you have any concerns or objections regarding your purchase, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel any credit card or third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with FiMaMi. Please be aware that, any monetary claims made by you, will be directed to our third-party payment processor.

FiMaMi reserves not to cancel your balance or payments after you loaded payment to your balance chart. For any transaction error, please contact us through support@fimami.com and FiMaMi team will be ready to serve you with third payment party about the issue.
